This website offers a fantastic idea to both job seekers and employers. The story is that the creator was laid off twice in 2008 and then decided that the best way for her to find a job was to “give back” and to show potential employers what she was capable of.

Rather than just attending interviews, she offered to work for a short period of time for free to employers who were looking for employees and in the process created Give Back Get Hired.

In many ways the site is like ours, helping both job seekers and employers but offer job seekers and employers the ability to work together for a short time in an effort to prove themselves to each other with no further obligation.
